IATA/AITA is a unique global network of national centres representing groups and individuals dedicated to a common purpose, the futherance of theatre and drama in education. IATA/AITA is involved in International Theatre Festivals, congresses, workshops and seminars for people of all ages and cultures under the motto: Understanding and Education through Theatre. The Irish centre of IATA/AITA represents the island of Ireland and its board is comprised of delegates from: The Drama League of Ireland (DLI) The Dundalk International Maytime Festival
